Domaine Montrose

Domaine Montrose is a family estate founded in 1701, located in the Languedoc region of Southern France, a few kilometres away from the Mediterranean. Here, the knowledge earned through generations of winemaking is paired with a dedication to sustainable vine growing, while a combination of clay-limestone, volcanic and villafranchian terrasse terroirs lends unique characteristics to their wines. Owners and winemakers Bernard and Olivier Coste both live on the estate, just a stone’s throw from the vines, the cellar and the offices. Throughout the year, they live and breathe Montrose, continually working to improve every aspect of the vinification process. This commitment to excellence is one of Domaine Montrose’s greatest strengths.
