Lupé-Cholet

In 1903, Alexandre de Mayol de Lupé and Félix de Cholet joined forces to create the House which still bears their name, Lupé-Cholet. Their motto, “to bring together the best of soil, vine and human skill to produce wines of unique personality,” remains just as relevant today. With 25 hectares of owned vineyard in Chablis and the Côte d’Or, they also have long-established partnerships with vineyards throughout Burgundy. Wine growers first and foremost, they work with utmost respect for the environment. With meticulous care, the best quality grapes are hand picked when the balance between sugar and acidity is at its best. This yields a range of rich and complex wines, redolent of ripe fruits.
