The dedication from co-owners and winemakers Claire and Mike Allan cement Huia Vineyards as overachievers in the world of organic and biodynamic practices. A wide diversity of plant, insect and animal life flourishes in their vineyards, nurturing rich soils and bringing fabulous flavours to the grapes. Working in harmony with the land around them, everything used in production is composted and returned to the earth. Their vegan-friendly wines are created without the use of artificial additives, leaving the wines full of natural texture.
