Masseria del Feudo
Masseria del Feudo is a family company, today in its fourth generation of agriculture entrepreneurs. Francesco and Carolina work in a land where innovation is supported by tradition. These certified organic vineyards extend over 12 hectares, the first estate in Sicily to experiment with the Chardonnay variety. Today, they also grow Grillo and Inzolia; their red grapes are Nero d’Avola and Syrah. They use non-aggressive agricultural methods and have reduced their yields to quantities that are considerably below officially permitted parameters, focusing instead on bringing out the indigenous characteristics of their grapes and olives alike.
